If the user has a complaint about the service provided, he/she should send an e-mail to Digital Plus Advertising indicating the service purchased, the day, name of the user, address of the user, date, reason for the complaint.

The client will have a maximum period of 5 days after receiving the service for any type of complaint or claim.

The company will study and investigate the case and if it is necessary to refund the customer, Digital Plus Advertising has 30 working days to do so by the same means in which the purchase of the service was made.
